Shipping and Delivery Times
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Free shipping applies to orders from €25. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as busy periods at delivery services or weather conditions.
Wise Buyer is not liable for delays caused by delivery services, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control. In case of a delay of more than 5 business days, please contact us for a solution.
Your Account

Return and Refund Policy
Cooling-off period: You have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Conditions for returns:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging and labels must be intact
- Returns within the Netherlands are free
- Please contact us before returning the product
Process:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return label
- Send the product back within 14 days
- After receipt and inspection, you will receive your money back within 14 days
Excluded from returns:
- Products that are custom-made or personalized
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return after opening for hygiene reasons
Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the product free of charge or provide a full refund.
Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time of ordering.

Final Provisions
If a provision of these terms and conditions proves to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The void or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid provision that aligns as much as possible with the intent of the original provision.
Failure to exercise any right under these terms does not mean that we waive that right.
