How to Return?
1. Register your return
Send an email to info@wisebuyer.nl with:
- Your order number
- Which product you want to return
- Reason (optional)
2. Receive return label
We will send you a free return label (only for returns within the Netherlands)
3. Send the product back
Pack the product well and attach the return label
4. Refund
After receipt and inspection, you will receive your money back within 14 days via the same payment method you used
